Subscription Policy

Thank you for subscribing to 92+ Health. Please review our subscription policies below.

Billing & Payments

Your subscription will be automatically billed on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or as selected at checkout). Charges will appear on your payment method on file. You will receive an email reminder before each renewal.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and managing your subscription on Manage My Subscriptions. If cancellation is requested via email, a $10 service fee will be charged. You must contact us at least 48 hours (Mon-Fri) before your next billing date. Cancellations made after a billing cycle has processed will take effect at the end of that period.

Modifications

You can update your subscription frequency, quantity, or shipping address at any time through your account portal. Changes made before your next billing date will apply to the upcoming order.

Skipping an Order

Need to pause? You can skip an upcoming order directly from your subscription dashboard below. Skip requests must be submitted before your next scheduled billing date.

Refunds & Returns

Subscription orders are subject to our standard Refund Policy. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. You will be notified at least 14 days in advance of any price changes, giving you the opportunity to cancel before the new rate takes effect.
